Scott Leorna
My primary research interests are in the human dimensions of wildlife field; studying the interactions among people and wildlife, particularly within big game hunting systems. I am also passionate about education and public outreach as it pertains to wildlife management.
My goals are to 1) develop strategies to involve the general public in wildlife management and conservation and 2) develop education and outreach programs that expose people to the outdoors. My research focuses on advancing and providing opportunities for people to contribute to and actively engage in wildlife management and conservation.
